Kovarik Glasco is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in retail and supply chain finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance at Academy Sports + Outdoors since October 2019, Kovarik Glasco previously held key financial positions at Harbor Freight Tools, where roles included Director of Retail & Supply Chain Finance and Director of Operations Finance. Notable achievements include leading teams in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, as well as implementing processes that significantly improved financial accuracy and reduced operational shrink. Prior experience includes senior management roles at The Home Depot and engagement management at AT Kearney, specializing in retail cost improvement strategies.
