Elaine Bonar

Elaine is currently the Quality Director at Remit Training, a national training provider specializing in Apprenticeship provision. She has previous experience as a senior leader in schools and General Further Education colleges, most recently as an Assistant Principal at a large complex college in the West Midlands.

Elaine has a strong track record in leading curriculum and quality improvement and supporting the transformation of organizations that required improvement. Her previous experience as a parent governor at a Derbyshire Junior School stands her in good stead to support and challenge Academy leaders in placing young people at the heart of excellence.
