Laura Harding

Laura Harding is an experienced operations analyst currently at Acadeum since March 2022, with a strong background in sales planning and strategy from previous roles at Dell EMC and Dell. In their role at Dell EMC, Laura ensured the accuracy and timely payment of over $1 billion in sales commissions and SPIF payments while supporting a global team of 48 Sales Compensation Analysts. Laura has extensive experience in reporting, data analysis, training development, and communication across various levels. Prior to that, Laura held positions at Dell, leading an internal order processing team and managing order processing operations at ACS for Dell.
