Simone Marshall Hayes

Simone Marshall Hayes is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate Counsel in Labor and Employment at Acadia Healthcare since April 2024. Previously, Simone worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Nashville District Attorney General’s Office from April 2021 to May 2024 and also held a Contract Attorney position at the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia from October 2019 to April 2021. With experience in domestic violence prosecution, litigation, and case management, Simone has developed a strong legal foundation, enhanced by research assistance at Belmont University College of Law and internships in various legal capacities. Simone holds a Juris Doctor degree from Belmont University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Southern Adventist University.
