Timothy De Block is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security awareness, training, and information security management. Currently, Timothy serves as a Senior Specialist in Security Awareness and Training at Acadia Healthcare, focusing on developing a robust security culture within the organization. As the founder of Exploring Information Security, Timothy produces educational content to assist individuals in navigating the cybersecurity landscape. With a long-standing commitment to the local security community, Timothy is a co-founder of ColaSec, which offers virtual meetups for security discussions. Previous roles include Director of Advisory Services at Antigen Security, where incident response management was a key responsibility, and Application Security Practice Lead at GuidePoint Security, overseeing a team of analysts.
