Derek Traister

Derek Traister has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Derek started their career at Accenture as an Analyst in 1997 and transitioned to AOC Executive Search as an Executive Recruiter in 1999. Following this, they worked at Pfizer as a Specialty Sales Representative from 2001 to 2003, and then at Solvay Pharmaceuticals as a Professional Sales Representative from 2003 to 2005. Derek joined CR Bard as a Territory Manager in 2005 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2016, Derek worked at Biogen, taking on various roles including Area Business Manager, Senior Training Manager, Federal Account Manager, Regional Director, and finally Regional Account Manager. Currently, Derek is Senior National Account Manager at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals Inc. since 2016.

Derek Traister attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. Derek'sfield of study was finance, with a focus on general finance.
