Jadine Ho

Jadine Ho is currently the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. Since joining the company, Jadine has supervised a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, managed various talent acquisition programs and operations, reviewed and selected new tools and vendor partners, built and maintained talent acquisition reporting and metrics, and partnered with various cross-functional teams to improve internal operations and programs. Prior to their current role, Jadine worked as an Associate Manager and Coordinator in talent acquisition roles, gaining experience in managing recruitment processes and internship programs. Before entering the talent acquisition field, Jadine worked as a Sign Language Interpreter at Purple Communications, Inc. Jadine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from San Diego State University, with a minor in Child and Family Development.
