Juliet Eaton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Juliet started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Standard Exteriors, where they supported the day-to-day operations of the HR department and implemented HR checklists to optimize task management.

Following this role, Juliet worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Ed Vul Lab on Cognition and Inference. Juliet then gained further HR experience as a Human Resources Intern at Semper Solaris, where they provided comprehensive assistance in personnel file management and employee onboarding.

Juliet then joined FortuneBuilders as a Human Resources Coordinator, supporting a combined total of over 600 team members in onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HRIS, recruiting, employee relations, and compliance. Juliet successfully onboarded over 200 employees and crafted SOPs for various HR processes.

Next, Juliet worked at Starbucks as a Barista Trainer, where they trained over 40 baristas and raised customer satisfaction scores by 13%. Juliet also reduced drive-time average by 5% and received the Partner of the Quarter award three times.

Juliet then transitioned to Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc., first as a Human Resources Coordinator (Temporary), where they served as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and implemented a new HRIS. Juliet later became a Sr. Human Resources Operations Coordinator, providing support in areas such as HRIS, benefits, compliance, onboarding, and offboarding. Juliet managed I-9 processing for virtual onboardings.

Currently, Juliet is working at Triple Crown Sports as a Tournament Site Director, coordinating and overseeing fastpitch softball tournaments in Southern California. Juliet collaborates with local teams, manages registration processes, and ensures exceptional communication with coaches, players, and parents.

Juliet Eaton completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Psychology from UC San Diego. Juliet attended UC San Diego from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Psychology from Mt. San Jacinto College, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their degrees, Juliet also received a certification in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego in August 2023.
