Peter Zhang

Peter Zhang currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Biostatistics at Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc., a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Peter Zhang was the Senior Director and Head of Biostatistics at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) from October 1997 to August 2023. Peter Zhang began a career in biostatistics at Forest Laboratories, Inc. (now Abbvie), where the role of Head of Programming and Biostatistics was held from September 1993 to October 1997. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Statistics from Purdue University (1988 - 1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Peking University (1978 - 1982).
