As the Co-founder and CEO of Acai Travel since July 2023, Riccardo drives AI-driven solutions for travel operations. Previously, Riccardo served as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at American Express Global Business Travel, focusing on innovative travel management strategies utilizing LLMs, and held the position of Global Director of Chat & AI at 30SecondsToFly Inc., a company acquired by American Express GBT. Riccardo's entrepreneurial journey includes founding MatrimoniFotoRoma, PeekBite, and managing PictYourParty, a photography leader in Rome. Academically, Riccardo holds multiple degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and New York University, along with recognition as a Fulbright grantee and alumni of 500 Startups and JetBlue Technology Ventures.
