Tony LeSeure has worked in various roles since 2002. Tony began their career at Express Scripts as an Alternate Funding Case Coordinator. In 2004, they moved to Collective Records as a Digital Media Marketer and Community Manager. In 2007, they joined Whole Foods Market as an Allegro Team Trainer, where they mentored new and existing team members, trained new hires, and maintained a high level of product quality. Tony was promoted to Coffee Specialist and Social Media Marketer in 2011, and then to Customer Service Supervisor in 2013. In 2014, they joined Intelligentsia Coffee & Tea as a Retail Shift Lead, and in 2015 they moved to Acaia as the U.S. Community & Customer Support Team Lead.

Tony LeSeure attended Saint Louis Community College from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Graphic Design.
