Pedro C.

Pedro C. has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 with Hewlett-Packard as an AP Specialist. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an IT Consultant at Unit4, where they provided research support and collaborated with R&D for service and product improvement. In 2017, they joined Credit Suisse as a Junior Data Scientist, utilizing Natural Language Processing and Big Data techniques to develop a chatbot solution and create Big Data metrics. In 2019, Pedro joined Samsung Electronics as an NLP Engineer, responsible for designing and implementing software for Natural Language Processing and collaborating with other experts and R&D centers. Also in 2019, they started working at Infosys Poland as a Senior Consultant (ML/Data Engineer), where they implemented NLP and Computer Vision models, and proposed and led innovative solutions using Machine Learning and Data Engineering tools. In 2021, Pedro joined Sii Poland as an MLOps engineer, and in 2022, they began working at Acaisoft as a Data Engineer. Currently, Pedro is employed as an MLOps Engineer at People Source Consulting.

Pedro C. earned a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, starting in 2015 and completing it in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, starting in 2010 and finishing it in 2014. Additionally, Pedro C. obtained a certification in Data Engineering, Big Data, and Machine Learning on GCP from Google in November 2019.
