Lorena Estay Olguín

Lorena Estay Olguín has accumulated extensive experience in commercial advisory and customer experience since March 2020 at Acalis Latam. In July 2023, Lorena transitioned to Todxs Somos Personas as an Organizational Change Analyst, focusing on data analysis, effective communication, time management, psychological reporting, and organizational strategy design, including workplace climate evaluation and its impact on employee productivity and well-being. Prior to this, Lorena worked at LATAM Airlines from April 2010 to September 2018 as a sales executive. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Universidad de Viña del Mar (expected completion in May 2024) and a diploma in tourism administration from Duoc UC.
