Mariana Aguirre possesses a diverse professional background with significant experience in both entrepreneurship and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a nutritionist in a private practice, and teaching applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
