Thiago Barbosa

Thiago Barbosa has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Thiago began their career in 2009 at Insite Soluções Internet in a Technical Support role. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at IBM Global Business Services as a Systems Support & Security, where they were responsible for system security and technical support. Thiago then moved to GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes in 2010 as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for new business process proposes, solutions implementation using technology, process changing and new systems designing. In 2013, they began working at Pmweb Marketing Cloud Services as a Senior Technical Support, Technical Coordinator and Marketing Engineering Manager. In 2019, they joined HolidayPirates Group as Head of Software Engineering and SEO, and Head of CRM and SEO. Currently, they are CTO and Co-Founder at Acamp.

Thiago Barbosa has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. Thiago also has two professional certifications, including a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification obtained in June 2018 from Salesforce, and an Oracle Responsys Marketing Cloud Service Implementation Specialist certification obtained in March 2017 from Oracle. In 2018, Thiago also attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a Professional Program in Engineering Leadership and The Wharton School for Executive Education in Management Fundamentals.
