Cleo Encarnacion

Cleo Encarnacion is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience spanning nearly three decades. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the President & Managing Director and VP Global Operations at ACAMS since May 2019, Cleo has previously held similar roles at prestigious institutions including Bank of America/Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Trust Company, N.A., from 2005 to 2019. Additionally, Cleo's early career involved providing executive support at Barclays Capital and Saks Fifth Avenue (Corporate) in New York from 1994 to 2014, where responsibilities included calendar management and event planning for senior executives. Cleo holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature/Spanish from Fordham University.
