Clare Coatman

Clare Coatman is the Head of Strategy & Planning at Acas, where they manage and coordinate the organisation's strategy and oversee public affairs. With over ten years of experience in the third and public sectors, Clare has led multi-disciplinary project teams and implemented agile methodologies. Previously, they served as a Senior Campaigner at the TUC, where they led significant innovation programmes and established staff networks. Clare's early roles included positions as the National Co-ordinator for Yes to Fairer Votes and as a Campaigns Assistant at Friends of the Earth. They hold an MA in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford, where they achieved a distinction.
