Suzanne Alwan is the Head of Recovery and Resolution Planning Strategy and Execution at Citi, with prior roles including Resolution Planning Legal Consultant at Freddie Mac and Managing Counsel positions at Wells Fargo. With over 25 years of experience in capital credit markets, bank regulation, and corporate governance, they have established a reputation as a resolvability strategist and former EVP, deputy general counsel at a global systemically important bank. Suzanne holds a Doctor of Law from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
