Sarah Hutt

Sarah Hutt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in policy advisory, communications, and coaching. As the Co-Founder of Crux since November 2019, Sarah focuses on improving conversation techniques to foster less stressful lives. Additionally, Sarah Hutt Coaching has been operational since September 2019, assisting clients in identifying and implementing personal changes. Sarah has served as a Senior Policy Adviser and Head of Communications at Acas since January 2019, contributing to initiatives that aim to enhance work environments in Britain. Previous roles include Head of Engagement at BeyondMe, Executive Assistant to the Archbishop of Canterbury's Chaplain, and Community Organiser at the Centre for Theology and Community. Sarah's career began in politics, working as a Policy Advisor in the House of Commons. Sarah holds a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, specializing in Cell and Development Biology/Conservation.
