Terry Duffy

Terry Duffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational delivery and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Strategic Growth Partnership Lead and Area Director at Acas since 2002. In this role, Terry oversees the Area business plan, its outputs, and the management of the Area Budget in the North West. Prior to this, Terry held various positions including Senior Adviser and Conciliator at energywatch, Area Manager at the Office for Electricity Regulation, and Consumer Manager at the UK Ministry of Defence. Terry's educational background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Individual Employment Dispute Resolution from the University of Greenwich and a BA (Hons) in English & History from Northumbria University, along with multiple qualifications from CIPD and the University of Strathclyde.
