Fenton Whelan

Founder at Acasus

Fenton has spent the last twelve years working with governments around the world to help them improve education and health outcomes. Before founding Acasus, he was a member of McKinsey’s public sector practice supporting governments around the world on transformational reforms. He is the author of a number of books and articles, including Lessons Learned: How good policies produce better schools and The Learning Challenge. Fenton studied Arabic at the University of Oxford and has lived in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Syria, Cyprus, Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
