John Keck

John Keck has worked in the technology industry since 2006. John began their career at MarketLinx as a Quality Assurance Analyst in 2006, where they collaborated with a team of technicians to perform testing on MLS databases for contracted Real Estate clients. In 2008, they moved to Atlas Energy Resources as a Landman, where they acquired land leases, performed title analysis, and managed IT office operations. In 2011, they joined UT Medical Center as a Desktop Support Tech, providing hardware and software support for hospital computers, printers, and other related equipment. In 2015, they began working for Cellular Sales as a QA Engineer and Operations Support Analyst II, where they worked on project-driven, scrum/agile work environment and resolved issues ranging from password resets to software bugs. In 2021, they joined Acato Information Management LLC as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer.

John Keck has a diverse educational background. John completed an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming at Fountainhead College of Technology in 2011. John then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Network Security and Forensics from Fountainhead College of Technology in 2004. In 2003, they attended ETSU, but did not receive a degree. John also earned an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from the Tennessee Institute of Electronics in 2002. In 2000, they attended Walter State Community College and majored in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, John has obtained several certifications, including ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (2022), Certified Systems Administrator (2021), Automated Test Framework Micro-Cert (2021), SAFe 5 Agilist (2022), Agile and Test Management Implementation (N/A), and SAFe DevOps Practitioner (N/A).
