Rachel Kennedy is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently working as the Guest Experience & Hospitality Manager at ACC Liverpool. With previous roles as Guest Relations Manager and Senior Hospitality Co-ordinator at the same company, Rachel has demonstrated their expertise in managing customer feedback platforms and delivering high-quality event hospitality services.
