Katie McMahan

Katie McMahan has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as a Loan Closer at ACC Mortgage since February 2022, Katie has previously held closing positions at DAS Acquisition Company, Keller Mortgage, First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, Premier Home Mortgage, Inc., CNB National Lending, and Expert Title Services, Inc. Key responsibilities have included reviewing pre-closing documents, preparing Closing Disclosures in compliance with TRID regulations, and ensuring the accuracy of loan and funding documents. Katie earned a degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from Murray State University from 2002 to 2006.
