Kate Dunlop

Kate Dunlop (née Heffernan) is an accomplished Executive Director of People and Culture at the ACCC, where they lead Employment Relations, Enterprise Bargaining, Work Health & Safety, and remuneration since 2019. They previously held significant roles at FOX SPORTS as the Director of People & Culture and at Engineers Australia as the National Manager of People Development. Kate's background includes extensive experience in Human Resources, with managerial roles at The Menzies Sydney and Accor Asia Pacific, among others. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Psychology with a Major in Employment Relations from the University of Canberra and continue their education at ANU. Prior to their corporate career, Kate spent time abroad in South America and Asia as a flashpacker.
