Emma Kilby-Brooks

Emma Kilby-Brooks is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Board Trustee at Loughborough Students' Union and as the Human Resources Director at Loughborough College since April 2014. Emma has held various HR leadership roles, implementing significant initiatives such as the Investors in Diversity Accreditation and a Wellbeing Framework. Emma leads on HR strategy, manages a team of 10, and is responsible for a budget of approximately £2 million. Emma's previous roles include Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Advisor, and Assistant Personnel Officer at Loughborough College, alongside earlier experience in training coordination and travel services. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Loughborough University and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University.
