Rachel Burgess

Rachel Burgess has a diverse background in competition and consumer law, with significant roles at ACCC as Director and Assistant Director of the Competition Law Implementation Program. Rachel has also served as a Lecturer in Competition and Consumer Law at the University of Southern Queensland and held a position as a Research Fellow at the IPA-Deakin SME Research Centre at Deakin University. Additionally, Rachel has experience as a Consultant at CLEC and as Director at Amicitia Sdn Bhd. Educational credentials include a degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and a later qualification from the University of London.
