Neil Leoning

Neil Leoning is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in application development and front-end design. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Accedo.tv since January 2016, Neil contributes to the Global Professional Services team, enhancing multi-screen video experiences across various platforms. Previously, Neil worked at NGA Human Resources from April 2010 to November 2015 as a Software Engineer, focusing on projects such as euHReka Workspace, Preceda, and Payroll EXchange. Earlier in the career, Neil was a Senior Front End Developer at The Design People International from May 2007 to May 2010, responsible for converting designs into interactive webpages utilizing technologies such as Flash, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Neil holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from Far Eastern University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
