Pernilla Wranéus

Pernilla Wranéus has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Pernilla began their career as a Consultant at MSC Konsult AB in 1999. Pernilla then worked as a Project Manager at Synergica AB from 2000 to 2004, followed by a role as a Consultant Manager at the same company from 2005 to 2006. Pernilla then joined Modul 1 Data AB, where they held positions as a Project Manager, Consultant Manager, and Business Area Director from 2006 to 2011.

After that, they worked at Softronic as a Talent Manager and later as a Business Area Director from 2011 to 2014. Pernilla then joined Sogeti Sweden as a Human Resources Director, responsible for all HR processes, until 2018. Pernilla then worked at Adacra as an HR Director/HR Strateg/Interim Manager from 2018 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Pernilla worked at Ericsson as the Head of People for the Internet of Things (IoT) unit, where they were responsible for over 1,000 employees globally. Currently, they are the VP Global Head of People and Culture at Accedo.tv, leading a team of 20 people across three different regions.

Throughout their career, Pernilla has had a strong focus on strategic leadership development, cultural transformation, and business growth.

Pernilla Wranéus began their education at Platenskolan Motala, where they attended from 1983 to 1986. However, no degree or field of study information is available for this period. Pernilla then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Stockholm University from 1987 to 1991, focusing on Swedish and English.
