Kristen Vaughan

Kristen Vaughan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, training, and team management. Currently serving as Director of New Business Development at Accel Inc. since July 2023, Kristen leads marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth through innovative packaging solutions and strategic partnerships. Previously held roles include Team Development Manager, Learning and Development Manager at LINK Property Management and Urban Land Co., and Training Supervisor at PSEB LLC, where Kristen enhanced training infrastructures, optimized onboarding programs, and ensured compliance with safety standards. Additional experience includes serving as a Performance Coach for GP Sandy, supporting large-scale training events, and creating custom training solutions as an Automotive Product Trainer for GP Strategies Corporation.
