Kalpesh Khatlawala is an experienced technical support manager with a robust background in incident management across various platforms, including UNIX and Windows. As the Manager of Technical Support at Accel IT Services since March 2021, Kalpesh has previously served as the Technical Manager for Enterprise Services at Ensure Support Service India Ltd from September 2008 to March 2021. Earlier in their career, Kalpesh held the position of Acting Incharge at Shri B D Mehat Mahavir Heart Institute from July 2003 to June 2006. Kalpesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from S. B. Garda Arts College and P. K. Patel College of Commerce and an Honours Diploma in Network-Centred Computing from the National Institute of Information Technology.
