Subrata Saha

Subrata Saha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager and SBU Head at Accel IT Services since March 2021, Subrata previously held the role of Deputy General Manager at Ensure Support Services (India) Limited from April 2014 to March 2021, overseeing national service delivery and operations. Subrata also worked as Regional Manager at Ensure Support Services and Redington India Ltd, managing service operations in the East region and focusing on profitability targets. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from IIBMS and an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Assam Engineering Institute.
