David Faugno

David Faugno currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer and President and Chief Operating Officer at 1Password since September 2023. With a background as a Venture Partner at Accel since September 2019, David has extensive experience as a Board Member and Advisor for companies including 1Password, SentinelOne, and Browserstack since September 2016. Previously, David was Executive Vice President at Qualtrics from October 2017 to September 2023, after serving as Chief Financial Officer and in the Office of the CEO post-acquisition. David's earlier roles include CFO at Barracuda from 2006 to September 2016, Director of Corporate Finance - M&A at Cisco, CFO and VP Operations at Actona Technologies, and CFO - EMEA at AT&T. David holds an MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a BS in accounting from Rutgers University.
