Phil Wiser

Phil Wiser is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading technology strategies across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Head of Multiplatform Operations at Paramount since September 2018, Wiser oversees the global technology strategy and transformation initiatives of Paramount Global. Previously, Wiser held the role of Chief Technology Officer at CBS Corporation, where a unified technology strategy was developed to drive growth across the business portfolio. Wiser has also served on the Board of Trustees for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and Sarah Lawrence College, and is a tech council member at Accel. Past leadership roles include global CTO at Hearst, and Founder, Chairman, and President of Sezmi. Wiser has held key positions at Sony Corporation and Sony Music, where innovative digital strategies were implemented. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland.
