Austin Beckstead has a strong work history in technical support and management roles. Austin started their career at Verizon Wireless as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and later became a Supervisor, responsible for managing a team of Technical Advisors. Austin was recognized for implementing and scaling a sales retention team to achieve top performance in service KPIs.
Beckstead then moved to Verizon Business and Government Operations, where they served as a Business Intelligence Consultant, managing relationships with technical support and wireless help desk operations. Austin also worked in Customer Success Management, expanding on customer upsell and renewal opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.
Afterwards, Beckstead joined Domo, Inc. as a Manager of Technical Support, overseeing the development of a world-class support organization. Austin later became a Senior Manager, responsible for premium revenue growth and global support. During their time at Domo, they implemented new processes and methodologies that significantly improved case backlog and resolution times.
Currently, Beckstead holds the position of Senior Director of Technical Support at Accela, where they lead a global support organization for a market-leading SaaS solution empowering state and local government.
Austin Beckstead attended the University of Utah but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they obtained a certification in computer technology from the State of Utah in May 2004.
