Senior Manager Customer Support at Accela

Chris Alderson has extensive work experience in customer support and management roles. Chris started working for Yosemite Technologies in 2000 as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and stayed with the company until 2007. In 2007, Chris joined Accela as a Manager of Customer Support, responsible for overseeing and managing the customer support department. In 2013, Chris was promoted to the role of Senior Manager of Customer Support at Accela, where they oversaw and managed the entire customer support organization. Chris's responsibilities included providing product support for Accela customers, delivering metrics to the executive team, and serving as the primary escalation contact for support-related issues.

Chris Alderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Fresno City College, from 1991 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Chris obtained ITIL Foundation Certification from APMG International in October 2016. Chris also received certification from Great Place to Work US, confirming Accela as a certified great workplace in July 2016.
