David Cordeiro has extensive experience in the legal field, having held various roles in different companies. David served as the Vice President of Legal at Accela, a leading SaaS company, where they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated complex agreements and led commercial transactions resulting in record sales. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Aware Legal, providing legal counseling to large and emerging growth companies. David also served as the Head of Legal and Chief Compliance Officer at Restoration Robotics, overseeing the legal aspects of the company's Initial Public Offering and preparing SEC filings. Additionally, they held the position of House Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Anomali, where they led the Legal and Human Resources departments. At TechInsights, they served as the Vice President of Commercial Transactions, leading the drafting and negotiation of complex technology transactions and constructing pre-litigation strategies. Before that, they were the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Pace, where they provided legal counsel for significant strategic imperatives and negotiated major contracts and licensing agreements. Prior to these roles, they had a successful prior career at companies such as Openwave Systems Inc., NXP Semiconductor, and Eastman Kodak Co.
