Jeff Lage has a strong background in customer success and support roles. Jeff started their career as a Remedy Administrator/Developer at Perot Systems, where they were responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting IT Service Management applications. After their time at Perot Systems, Jeff worked as a Senior Consultant at Meritide, providing expertise in their field. Jeff then joined Express Scripts as a Remedy Software Engineer before moving on to BMC Software as a Premier Support Engineer. At Ellie Mae, Jeff held two roles, first as a Senior Client Success Manager and later as a Senior Staff Customer Success Engineer. Most recently, they are employed at Accela as a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer.
Jeff Lage earned their Bachelor's degree in Biology from Saint John's University, completing their education from 1990 to 1994.
