Tim Catanach has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career at AT&T in 1999 as a Maintenance Administrator 611, where they handled customer calls and troubleshooted phone issues. Tim then transitioned to the role of Maintenance Administrator Dispatch, where they scheduled and dispatched workers and equipment to provide service to customers. Tim later became a Dispatch Manager, Network Operations, where they managed a team of 15 Maintenance Administrators and oversaw the daily dispatch of repair and installation orders. In this role, they also worked closely with senior management and the union to coordinate workforce activities and address problem escalations. From there, Tim moved on to become a Sr Specialist- Technical Process and Quality Manager at AT&T, where they held full accountability for the development and implementation of network performance metrics and process control points. Tim led and mentored talent in MS Excel and forecasted and assessed workloads for approximately 600 Technicians. In 2019, Tim joined Accela as a Sales Operations Analyst. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as a customer-focused approach to their work.

Tim Catanach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Psychology from California State University - East Bay. In 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Nano Degree in Business Analyst from Udacity.
