Harlita Keni Damonti has been working in the tech industry since 2019. In that year, they worked as a Quality Assurance at Gameloft, where they were responsible for preparing device and game applications from developers to be ready for testing, and for learning the flow of video games from game design documents. In 2019, they also worked as a Digital Administration at Recome Teknologi Indonesia. In 2020, they worked as a Trainer at Refactory. In 2021, they have been working as a QA Engineer at TOG Indonesia and as a Software Development Engineer In Test at AccelByte Inc.

Harlita Keni Damonti has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2015, they attended SMA Negeri 2 Pati, studying IPA. Harlita Keni then attended Universitas Sebelas Maret from 2015 to 2018, graduating with a D III in Teknik Informatika.
