Brad Kilbey

Brad Kilbey has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership positions in the telecommunications industry. Brad is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Accelecom since December 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at Zayo Group from 2017 to 2022, including SVP of Sales in various sectors such as global public sector, healthcare, education, transportation, and energy. Brad also served as the SVP of Zayo Networks - East Region and SVP of Sales - Public Sector, Healthcare, and Utilities.

Prior to Zayo Group, Brad worked at Windstream as the Vice President/General Manager of Federal Markets from 2016 to 2017. Brad also founded and served as the President of BHK Consulting, LLC in 2016, where they assisted organizations in improving performance, talent development, and sales and revenue growth.

Brad has an extensive history with Level 3 Communications, where they held multiple roles from 2003 to 2015. Brad was the General Manager - National Capital Region & Virginia and Vice President of Sales in various sectors such as federal civilian, state government, research, education, and wireless markets. Brad also served as the Senior Director of Sales for U.S. Service Providers and held various positions within the global sales engineering division.

Before Level 3 Communications, Brad worked at MCI from 1995 to 2003, where they held roles in network planning, engineering, and operations management.

Brad Kilbey earned their Bachelor of Communications degree in Telecommunications Management from Ohio University, which they attended from 1990 to 1995. Brad later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Marymount University, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. In 2014, they participated in the High Performance Leadership Program at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
