Anna Heneghan

Anna Heneghan currently serves as the Head of Machine Learning Engineering Recruitment at Acceler8 Talent, a role assumed in July 2024. Prior to this position, Anna held multiple key roles at Understanding Recruitment, including Head of AI - EMEA and Principal Recruitment Consultant, leading efforts in Machine Learning Research, Engineering, and Data Science. Additional experience includes serving as an Embedded Talent Partner at Unitary and a Talent Acquisition Partner through Understanding Recruitment. Anna also volunteered as a Social Media Assistant for the MS Trust. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in American and Canadian Studies from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2017, following attendance at Sir John Lawes School.
