After a successful corporate career, Murray worked as an associate trainer before realising the value of creating and selling his own training. He went on to create a system to find and keep the very best clients.

Murray is a seasoned professional who has served on the Senior Leadership Team for three large training companies and has been recruiting, training, managing, coaching and mentoring freelance trainers for over two decades.  

Murray built his first e-learning product in 2001 and has been training and coaching online since 2012.  He also founded and ran a marketing consultancy for 10 years.

As a result of this highly unusual combination of skills and experience,  Murray understands what it takes to be successful as a freelance trainer, and wants to share his insights with you.
