Shannon M. Miller, MA, currently serves as the Executive Director at Accelerate Auto since January 2025. Prior experience includes leading talent strategy and workforce planning initiatives at the Ontario Centre of Innovation from May 2022 to December 2024, where significant projects involved stakeholder management and critical minerals workforce development. Shannon was a Program Officer at Trillium Network for Advanced Manufacturing from February 2021 to May 2022, focusing on project coordination and diversity in the advanced manufacturing sector. Academic experience includes roles as Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at McMaster University, as well as Graduate Student Researcher at the Automotive Policy Research Centre, researching demographic and job quality trends in Ontario's automotive industry. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Labour Studies and a Master of Arts in Work and Society, both from McMaster University.
