Chelsea Parkes is an experienced People & Culture Operations professional, currently serving as the People & Culture Operations Manager at Accelerate Change Network since April 2023. Previously, Chelsea held various roles at The Trevor Project, including People & Culture Operations Associate and Recruitment Associate, where contributions included program development and full-cycle recruitment management. Prior experience encompasses roles in technical recruiting at TEKsystems, career advocacy at Bryant University, and internships at The Hartford, Women's Sports Foundation, and Aqua Techniques Ltd. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant University and has engaged in additional education at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
