Joe Young, CPA, possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting across diverse industries. As the Director of Finance at PXG, Joe managed accounting operations for a global retail and manufacturing company, while developing policies for rapid growth and GAAP compliance. In various interim roles, including Interim Controller at InflowCX and Interim Director of Administration & Finance at The Trevor Project, Joe demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, cash flow management, and auditing processes. Previous positions, such as Assistant Corporate Controller at YAM Management, emphasized leadership in accounting functions and internal controls. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting, both from Franklin University, and has a proven track record of enhancing financial processes and operational efficiency.
