Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi

Dr. Golnaz Golnaraghi is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in education, business, and diversity advocacy. As the Founder of Accelerate Their Future since January 2019, Golnaraghi aims to empower self-identifying Black, Indigenous, and racialized women in business and STEM fields. Concurrently, Golnaraghi serves as Founder and President of Divity Group Inc., focusing on human-centered learning and development. Previously, Golnaraghi held academic positions at Royal Roads University as Associate Faculty and at Sheridan College as a Professor, consistently receiving exceptional evaluations for teaching. Earlier roles include senior management and marketing positions at KPMG LLP, RBC Royal Bank, and Arthur Andersen. Golnaraghi holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Analysis and Diversity in the Workplace, and a B.Comm in Marketing from UBC Sauder School of Business, alongside studies at Babson College.
