Isaiah Cisneroz

Isaiah Cisneroz has a diverse work history in various technology roles. Isaiah began their career at ConocoPhillips as a Web Application Services IT Intern in 2010. During this time, they facilitated the implementation of Microsoft Team Foundation Server and led a project to reduce the number of applications for future audit compliance.

In 2011, Isaiah joined HP as a Software Engineer on the COMPASS SAP Global IT Team. Isaiah received the CIO Star Team Award for Team Member Excellence and completed SAP Sales and Distribution Module training. Isaiah also monitored and implemented system change requests to the Global SAP system and performed unit testing on SAP scripts.

Returning to ConocoPhillips in 2012, Isaiah worked as a Data Analyst. Isaiah ensured the quality, consistency, and accuracy of various types of well and seismic data in the OpenWorks database. Isaiah also supported and documented all data management processes and procedures related to exploratory well data.

In 2016, Isaiah started working at Accelerate Investment Partners as a Data Architect. Isaiah managed an internal database and was responsible for the Salesforce integration and business development technical workflow. Isaiah also provided ad-hoc IT support for the entire organization.

In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Information Systems at Accelerate Investment Partners. In this role, Isaiah managed company-wide IT projects, including software and vendor management. Isaiah also implemented GIS and automation for the Permian Basin and managed Alteryx and SQL for the entire organization.

In 2018, Isaiah took on the role of Partner & Chief Technology Officer at Accelerate Investment Partners. Isaiah led cross-disciplinary strategy sessions to ensure operational success across multiple asset classes. Isaiah briefed the executive team on technology risks and recommended methods to improve firm operations. Isaiah also supervised the transformation of the company's IT infrastructure and established the technical vision as the sole senior IT leader.

Isaiah Cisneroz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Baylor University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications, including Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2015, R Programming from Coursera in July 2014, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera in June 2014.
