Josh Rosalimsky

Josh Rosalimsky has a diverse work experience in various industries. Josh started their career as a Finance & Accounting Summer Analyst at Intersection Co. in 2015. Josh then worked as a Summer Marketing Associate at PTALA in 2016. Later that year, they also worked as a Summer Analyst at Cargill. In 2017, they interned as a Financial Analyst at CYMOTIVE Technologies.

In 2018, Josh joined Precise Financial Management Services Ltd. as a Financial Analyst, where they worked until 2020. During this time, they gained valuable experience in financial analysis. In 2020, they transitioned to Landmark Dividend LLC, where they served as the Vice President of Acquisitions until 2022.

Following their role at Landmark Dividend LLC, Josh joined GPARENCY as the Vice President of Sales in 2022. Josh held this position until they joined Accelerate Investment Partners in 2023. In their current role as the Vice President of Digital Infrastructure at Accelerate Investment Partners, they oversee the acquisition, ownership, and management of real property investments while delivering value to investors, property owners, and tenants.

Josh Rosalimsky received their high school diploma from Cresskill High School in 2013. Josh then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in Health & Wellness, from Binghamton University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to attending Cresskill High School, they attended The Frisch School from 2009 to 2011.
