Melanie has over 8 years of recruiting and human resources experience. Most recently, she was the Chicago Recruiting Manager for Vitamin T, where she supported the Chicago market on digital marketing and creative roles, managed a team of recruiters, and assisted their internal marketing team on developing social content. At ADM, she is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and human resources operations.
